We built Fillgo to help you apply faster — not to profit from your personal data. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, and how to delete it.
Effective: May 2026Fillgo is a Chrome Extension that auto-fills Indonesian job application forms using data you provide. This policy applies to all users of the Fillgo Chrome Extension, the Fillgo dashboard, and the Fillgo landing page (fillgo.id).
By installing and using Fillgo, you agree to the data practices described here.
We only collect data that is necessary for the product to work. Here is the complete picture:

Bottom line on your CV: When you upload a PDF, it is sent to our server, parsed to extract your fields, and then immediately discarded. The raw file is never stored on our servers. Only the structured data (name, address, etc.) is saved to your profile.
Fillgo uses a small set of third-party services to operate:
If you choose "Continue with Google", Google authenticates you and shares your email and display name with us. Google's use of your data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
One-time payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your card number or bank account details — only the transaction reference ID used to verify your purchase.
We use Sentry to catch and report crashes and errors in the extension. Sentry may capture browser environment information (browser version, OS) when an error occurs. Personal field data is not sent to Sentry. Certain high-frequency browser errors (e.g., ResizeObserver) are filtered out before reporting.

chrome.storage.local, inaccessible to other browser extensions or websites.If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you via email or a notice in the extension before the changes take effect. The "Effective" date at the top of this page will be updated.
Continued use of Fillgo after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
