These terms govern your use of the Fillgo Chrome Extension and related services. Please read them — they're written to be actually understandable.
Effective: May 2026By installing the Fillgo Chrome Extension or creating a Fillgo account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and do not use the service.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Fillgo.
Fillgo is a Chrome browser extension that auto-fills job application forms using personal data you provide. The service includes:
Fillgo assists in filling forms — it does not submit applications on your behalf. You remain in full control of what gets submitted to any employer.
To use Fillgo beyond the free trial, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google Sign-In.
Fillgo is currently in public beta. During the beta period, all features are free with no usage limits. No credit card required. No hidden quotas.
Paid plans with advanced features are on the roadmap. We will notify existing users via email before any paid tier is introduced — you will never be charged without prior notice. Beta users will receive first access and early-adopter pricing.
No payments are currently collected. When paid plans launch, pricing and refund terms will be published here before they take effect.
No surprises: We will not introduce a paywall without giving you clear advance notice. If you signed up during beta, you will hear about it first.
You agree to use Fillgo only for its intended purpose: filling your own job application forms with your own data. You agree not to:
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
You own your data. The personal information you upload to Fillgo (your CV, field values, documents) remains yours. By uploading it, you grant Fillgo a limited license to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing the autofill service to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide. Fillgo is not liable for errors in job applications caused by incorrect data in your profile.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting fillgohq@gmail.com.
The Fillgo extension, dashboard, logo, and all related software are owned by Fillgo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to Fillgo's code, branding, or technology beyond what is needed to use the product normally.
Fillgo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
Fillgo is a productivity tool. The final responsibility for every job application you submit rests with you.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, Fillgo's total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service (Rp 25,000).
Fillgo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: missed job opportunities, employer decisions, or data submitted incorrectly due to autofill errors that you did not review before submission.
You may stop using Fillgo at any time by uninstalling the extension and requesting account deletion.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, particularly Section 5 (Acceptable Use). In cases of clear abuse, termination may occur without prior notice.
If your account is terminated for a violation, no refund will be issued.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The "Effective" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
Continued use of Fillgo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
